Most of time people rejected, not satisfied with the appearance, product and services. I face similar too in Tourism Business. Now a days its not only Guest that finalize Travel Package with us, but also we also finalize guest considering his expectation, his budget, of course his behaviour. A wrong customer (guest) may not only spoil his tour, but also create lot of problems for field team. Well well I am not too hard, as a Travel Organization we are always committed for better travel experience for all our guests and believe in fair business practices.
